Courtyard House

This custom home is located in the Pacific Palisades, California and was realized in collaboration with RIMA Design. The main idea of the home is that the public living spaces are oriented around a central courtyard. This allows for a true indoor & outdoor Southern California living. The private courtyard with the stone sculpture water feature by Yoshikawa Stone Sculptor is separated from the street by an IPE wood privacy screen. The home was constructed by the Winter Schram Associates (WSA).
