PARAVANT Architects believes in a carbon neutral, all renewable energy future - The built environment is a critical component in achieving that future.

PARAVANT Architects provides architectural and Passive House Design services for new construction and remodeling projects.  Our work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, residential, commercial, mixed use and cultural building types.

We offer pre-design services such as initial feasibility studies, assistance with programming and space planning. Architectural services are sequenced into the conceptual / schematic design phase, design development phase, construction document phase and the construction observation phase.

PARAVANT is encouraging clients to certify buildings as a “Passive House Basic”, “Passive House Plus” or “Passive House Premium”, “EnerPHit” remodel or “Low Energy Building” with the international Passive House Institute. Other certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), or Living Building Challenge are available.
